ODL is a flexible learning method that allows students to study remotely using online materials, video lectures, and virtual interaction with instructors without the need to attend physical classes.

UMPSA ODL programmes are designed for working adults, professionals, and individuals with prior academic qualifications (STPM, Diploma, APEL A/C, etc.).

Yes. All ODL programmes offered by UMPSA will be accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and comply with the COPPA-ODL standards.

Teaching is delivered through:

·        Self-Instructional Modules (SIM)

·        ODL Kalam Kita (LMS platform)

·        Live online sessions via video conferencing

·        Online assessments and forums

No. ODL programmes are conducted 100% online. However, specific instructions (e.g., final assessments) will follow UMPSA’s latest policy and course requirements.

On average, students should allocate 8–12 hours per week depending on course credit hours and individual pace.

Yes. You will receive support from academic advisors, access to e-Counseling, digital library resources, and technical help through ODL Kalam Kita.

Programmes will open starting in 2026. Applications can be made online via the UMPSA admission portal. Updates will be announced on this website.
